Sue Smith



Susan Smith has a wide range of experience in both administrative and technical support roles.  Susan has worked in various industries, beginning in newspaper publishing, non-profit museum management, marketing/public relations, food service, computer hardware/software technical support, aerospace, and construction.   She has embraced various professional roles ranging from a senior level administrative assistant, a purchasing/fulfillment specialist for Northrop Grumman, to working on the telephone helpdesk at Microsoft.  Susan was instrumental in establishing policy and procedures for the distribution of component level repair parts to the onsite computer technicians at the “main Redmond Campus” at Microsoft.  Susan has a special interest in the production of policy/procedure documents, and is certified as a “Microsoft Office Core Applications” specialist.

Company role

Susan is charged with producing the day to day product that keeps the company making progress.   She has a high level of competence in producing not only simple correspondence, complex analytical spreadsheets, diverse databases, exciting presentations/graphics and comprehensive reports.   Susan has a particular awareness of research techniques.   She is the point of contact for anything you may need from SeaHold.
